At Your Laundry Room, we welcome pets on-site with discernment and discretion. We understand that pets are cherished members of our customers’ families and strive to accommodate their presence while maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for all.

Discernment and Discretion
Pets are allowed on-site at the discretion of the management. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any pet that may pose a risk to the safety, health, or well-being of other customers, staffs, or pets.
No Large Groups or Exotic Animals
To ensure a comfortable environment for all customers and pets, we do not permit large groups of animals or exotic pets on-site. This policy helps maintain a calm and controlled atmosphere within our facilities.
Hygiene and Behaviour
All pets must be hygienic and well-behaved while on-site. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause any disturbance or disruption to other customers or staff
Leash and Control
Pets must be kept on a leash or otherwise under the control of their owners at all times. This helps prevent accidents, conflicts, or any potential harm to other pets or individuals on-site
Health and Vaccinations
Owners are responsible for ensuring that their pets are up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases or parasites. Any pet showing signs of illness or distress may be asked to leave the premises for the safety of all.
Designated Areas
While pets are allowed on-site, they may be restricted from certain areas of the facility for safety or hygiene reasons. Owners should respect any signage or instructions provided by staff regarding pet-friendly zones.
Liability
Owners are fully responsible for the actions and behaviour of their pets while on-site at Your Laundry Room. Any damage or disturbances caused by pets will be the responsibility of the owner to rectify.
